How do I place an order on your website?

Placing an order with Attractive Boutique is easy! Simply follow these steps:

  1. Browse our collections and select the items you’d like to purchase.
  2. Choose your preferred size and color, then click “Add to Cart.”
  3. Once you're ready, click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner and proceed to checkout.
  4. Enter your shipping information and select a payment method.
  5. Review your order and confirm your purchase.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and we’ll send tracking details once it ships!

What is your shipping policy?

We offer fast and reliable shipping to ensure you get your order as quickly as possible. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location:

  • Within Canada: 1-3 business days, up to a maximum of 7 business days.
  • To the USA: 4-10 business days.
  • International Orders: Up to 10 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid any delays.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of secure payment options for your convenience, including:

What is your refund policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, you can return your items within 30 daysof receiving them. The items must be in new, unused condition with tags still attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at attractivestreet@gmail.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
